Opening a locked door is a bit more complicated and challenging.
Of course, it depends on the door and the lock whether it makes more sense—and is more cost-effective—to drill open the lock. The price covers labor only and does not include a replacement lock cylinder. If a new lock cylinder is needed, you can purchase one from us for as low as €35 upon request. The price of a new lock cylinder depends on the length of the lock and the thickness of your door.
Did your key break off in the lock?
For us as a locksmith service, this is an everyday occurrence; we see broken keys stuck in locks every day. Using our specialized tools, we can usually remove the broken key from the lock, thereby preserving the lock itself.
For defective locks (mortise lock / multi-point lock / auxiliary lock), broken bolts, or broken latches, we charge €170 Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Mon–Fri 8:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m., Sat, Sun, and holidays: €250, with each additional hour charged at €69.50.

Using our specialized tools (simulator keys and decoders), we can also unlock vehicles equipped with a slip clutch or Safe Lock security system (Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, VW, BMW, Mini, Volvo).
For newer vehicles from the VAG Group (Audi, Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen/VW) 2017 and later with the new lock / locking system Starting at 150 euros.
Of course, our car locksmith service can also open all other makes of car. Mercedes is one of the more complicated vehicles in this regard, especially if the car key is in the trunk, since the rear seatback can only be folded down from the trunk.
In most cases, car dealerships or auto repair shops recommend breaking the side window. However, this is usually twice as expensive and won’t work if the car key is locked in the trunk. We are also commissioned by roadside assistance services (ADAC, ACE…), insurance companies, and the police. This underscores our reliability—let us help you, too, in an emergency.
